【BAKING METHOD】:
Step1. Open the inner cylinder cover and load it with a shovel or hopper.
Step2. The specific dosage for baking and frying is about 1/4 of the cylinder capacity, and you can also refer to the equipment's frying volume for addition.
Step3. Set the frying time and temperature, press the heating button, and turn on the "clockwise" button to start frying.
Step4. When the time is up, it will automatically stop heating and continue to rotate. Press the "Stop" button and then the "Reverse" button to automatically unload.
【BAKING TIMES AND TEMPERATURES】:
- Dried sesame seeds: about 1.5-2kg, roasted at 250°C for about 30 minutes.
- Dried beans: about 4kg, roasted at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
- Dried peanuts: about 4kg, roasted at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
- Chestnuts: about 2kg, roast at 250°C for about 30 minutes.
- Shelled peanuts: about 2.5-3kg, roasted at 250°C for about 25-35 minutes.
【Note】:
1. It is recommended not to cover the roasting machine when frying damp products. This will shorten the roasting time without affecting the taste.
2. The iron stir-frying machine cannot fry flour or small particles.
