At Sedicishop, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to assist with your return.

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your belt must be:
Unused and unworn: The leather must not have any new creases, scratches, or additional holes punched.
Original Condition: In its original packaging with all tags and dust bags (if applicable) included.

Quality & Fit Policy
We want you to find the perfect fit. However, please note that belts that have been permanently altered or self-punched by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchase.
Refunds & Process
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged belt (e.g., broken buckle, leather peeling) or the wrong size/style, please contact us at support@sedicishop.com with photos. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
Standard Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card/Google Pay/Apple Pay) within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Service Department at support@sedicishop.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with the authorized return address for Shanghai Xinjie Demolition Engineering Co., Ltd.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.
