  • Do I still need a water softener if my water is hard?

    Yes. Our WF150K-PF whole house water filter does not reduce hardness. We recommend installing a water softener, such as the iSpring WCS45KG model, before this system if your TDS level is above 300 ppm.

  • What contaminants can this system remove?

    PFAS, Chlorine, taste, odor

  • Can this system handle water with high iron levels?

    No, this system is not designed for that purpose. For iron issues, we suggest considering iSpring's WGB32B-MKS model (for iron levels under 3 ppm) and the WCFM500K whole house water filtration system (for iron levels between 3 ppm and 12 ppm).

  • Can I install this system outdoors?

    We recommend indoor installation in a well-ventilated area, shielded from elements and direct sunlight. Consider water leakage protection. Outdoor installation requires insulation for frost, sun, and waterproofing for both unit and pipes.
