    Please check the following:

    1. Make sure the battery is fully charged — low power can affect performance.

    2. Check if the impeller is stuck with large debris. If so, gently remove it using a small tool.

    3. See if the filter is full and clean it if needed.

    4. Make sure nothing is blocking the openings — like leaves, rocks, or other objects that could reduce water flow.

    1. Please make sure the entire vacuum, including the indicator light, is fully submerged in water — it won’t work properly unless underwater.

    2. Check if the battery is dead. If so, charge it using the included charger (please turn off the vacuum before charging).

    Please check the following:

    1. Make sure the filter cover is properly closed and not loose.

    2. Check if the filter is damaged — if so, it may need to be replaced.

    3. Inspect the flap above the filter (called the canopy baffle). It acts like a door to keep debris inside. If it's broken or missing, replace the baffle to stop debris from escaping.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Make sure the device is turned off before charging. If the indicator light doesn’t come on, try switching the cleaner on and then off — if the red light appears, charging is in progress.

    2. Check if the charging cable or adapter is damaged. If so, please replace it.

    3. Make sure the charging plug is firmly connected to the charging port.

    4. Check if any water got into the charging port. If it did, drain and dry the area before trying again.

    Please check the following:

    1. Inspect the wheels — they may be stuck or have fallen off. Lift the wheels and clean both the wheels and wheel slots. Then push them back in place and rotate to see if they move freely.

    2. Check if any wheels are damaged. If so, replace them.
