The stereo amplifier doesn't work upon power-on.

1 Check power cord is plugged in.

2 Check if the stereo amplifier's LED display is lit. If amp LED is on with audio input but no sound, verify speaker cables: red to +, black to -.

3 Also, turn up volume knob.

The stereo receiver stopped working after a while.

1 Check audio source: set the stereo receiver to correct mode (e.g., 'Blue' for Bluetooth).

2 Verify speaker cables: red to red "+", black to black "-"

3 Ensure the channel's volume knob is turned on.

Single channel not working.

1 Verify speaker wiring (red to red "+", black to black "-").

2 Swap left/right channel cables.

3 Turn up the volume. If the problem moves, check the audio source/cable. If not, the amp channel may be faulty; please contact support.

FM channel cannot be found.

1 Connect FM antenna and keep it straight.

2 Press 'Mode' for FM, then 'Auto' to scan stations. Browse with 'Next/Previous'.

3 For better reception, place near a window away from interference.

4 Try a power cycle reset if needed.

Bluetooth Not Working.

1 Switch to BT mode via 'BT' button or 'MODE' (screen shows 'BLUE', light flashes).

2 Connect to 'MAMP6'. Once paired, light stops flashing.

3 Confirm 'MAMP6' is selected as playback device on your source.
