Can l use this adapter at any Tesla Supercharger?

No. It's only compatible with V3 Tesla Superchargers. Doesn't work with Wall Connector, Mobile Connector, or Destination Chargers. Just add your vehicle details to the Tesla app or use Tesla's interactive map to confirm.

Is it normal for the NACS to CCS1 adapter to get hot during use?

I don't understand why it won't support all CCS1 EVs? Even though it fits it won't work ...

This adapter is just a physical converter; charging permission is controlled by Tesla. So, the same adapter and Supercharger may work with one car (e.g., Ford) but not another (e.g., Audi), as Tesla hasn't authorized Audi.
