TIPS:
Please follow the steps in the pictures. There are videos on the sales page to help you install the chain.
- How to START a COLD engine:
- 1. Push ahead of the chain brake.
- 2. Pull out the choke knob fully.
- 3. Switch button on.
- 4. Pull out the starter handle (Max 6 times ), stop pulling when you hear a big motor sound.
- 5. Push back the choke knob fully (not half and very important ).
- 6. Pull out the starter handle again ( Max 20 times ).
- 7. Chainsaw starts.
- 8. Pull back the chain brake, hold the throttle trigger, and trigger lockout together.
- How to START a WARM engine:
- Above 1=>2=>6=>7=>8 (no need 3, 4, 5)
Note : You may miss the engine warm up when you pull, if you can't start the chainsaw after pulling the starter rope 6 times,please push the choke back fully and then pull the starter rope.
If you don't push the choke back, the fuel oil will be coming out too much and flood the spark plug. Then you can't start the chainsaw again.
You may miss the engine warm-up if you don't push back the choke knob fully after pulling the starter handle max 6 times.
Otherwise, the fuel oil will come out too much and flood the spark plug. Then you can't start the chainsaw.
- Make sure that the drive links of the saw chain fit correctly on the drive sprocket.
- Make sure that the saw chain is correctly engaged in the groove in the guide bar.
- Make sure the chain brake is pushed back to the front handle.
