Our product lacks a PHONO input. To connect a phonograph, you’ll need an external preamp (not included). Direct RCA connection is not recommended.
Why are the volume and sound quality not as good as expected?
1. Speaker Connection: Ensure your speakers match the amplifier's output. 25W RMS per channel.
2. Phonograph Connection: A separate preamp (not included) is required for proper volume when connecting a turntable. RCA connection is not recommended.
Bluetooth is hard to set up and the remote doesn't control volume.
1. Bluetooth needs to select "bluetooth mode" before connecting.
2. The remote control only supports the volume of FM, Bluetooth, and MP3 modes. It does not support CD/DVD mode.
Unable to connect to antenna to listen to radio.
To use the FM feature, simply select FM mode—no antenna is needed. However, an adapter (not included) is required if you choose to connect an antenna.
